Which Richard Scarry book is this?

I had this book many, many years ago and cannot find it anywhere. I do not remember the title, but it starred Lowly Worm and it took place near a large medevil castle. There were maidens mashing grapes in a vat, and a bunch of evil foxes mascarading as a large dragon. I seem to recall pepper being sprinkled into the air and causing all of the "dragon feet" to start sneezing.Which Richard Scarry book is this?

I think Lowly Worm was in most Richard Scarry books - he was in "Richard Scarry's Busy Day" (or similar title), which I'm afraid is not the book you're looking for. Sorry, I didn't have that one.
