What early 90's console am I thinking of?

I remember when I was little having a system similar to LeapPad in which you had a stylus and could touch places in books which would then do things on the TV.. you could also draw with the stylus and use it like a mouse I believe.



It had a name like Pincu-something or something like that.It's been bothering me all night and I can't think of what it was called.



I remember a Richard Scarry game for it and a Mickey Mouse game that involved time travel or something.What early 90's console am I thinking of?
