Remember this 80s/90s cartoon??

I am trying to remember the name of a cartoon that I used to watch. I was born in 86 so it was probably early 90s but possibly late 80s. All I remember though is a bunch of different animals living in a town (adults and kids) and there was a cop who was a bulldog and he always carried one of those "cop sticks". Anybody know???

Yes, it was Busy Town, based on the book Busy World of Richard Scary. I know it was still on in reruns in 1999 or so because I watched it with my older daughter on the Noggin channel.Remember this 80s/90s cartoon??
